Klay Thompson Gave His Brother An Awesome Shoutout

Athletic abilities come standard in the Thompson family.

We’ve seen Trayce Thompson make the most of his return to the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Since returning, Thompson is hitting .276 with two homers, 11 RBI, and an .833 OPS.

His brother is none other than Golden State Warriors superstar and NBA champion Klay Thompson.

MLB posted a video on Twitter of Trayce hitting a triple, which also features a tweet from Klay saying “Thompsons love triples.”

This of course is a reference to three-point shots in basketball, and those are shots that Klay is well accustomed to making alongside Steph Curry and the rest of the Warriors.

Klay Shouts Out His Brother

This is a nice little shoutout by Klay Thompson.

It seems that both he and Trayce know how to hit triples in every sense of the word.

Klay buries them from deep in key games with the Warriors during the NBA Finals, while Trayce hits them into the gaps to score a few runs and show off his wheels a little bit.

It’s nice to see these two brothers show their support for one another.

Of course, Klay is more well-known for his exploits, but Trayce may not be far behind him now with the way he’s been hitting the ball lately.

He’ll have a little bit of a ways to go before he can rival his brother, but with Klay’s support, Trayce could get there in no time.

It’s always fun when two brothers who are athletes support each other, but at the same time, stoke that fire within each other, that competitive spirit and the desire to one-up the other.

It’s a fun little sibling rivalry, if you will.

We’ll see if Trayce continues to receive shoutouts from Klay.
