RB Bo Jackson set to visit the Tennessee Vols in the spring
Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

Running back Bo Jackson is set to visit the Tennessee Vols this spring.

No, not that Bo Jackson.

2025 four-star running back Bo Jackson, 6-foot-1/190 lbs from Cleveland, OH, will visit Tennessee on March 23 according to 247Sports

Jackson is rated by 247Sports as the No. 4 running back in the nation and the No. 4 player in the state of Ohio. He also visits scheduled this spring for Penn State, Ohio State, Georgia, and Rutgers. Alabama and Oregon are also in the mix for Jackson.

Ohio State is viewed as one of the early favorites in this recruiting battle. New Vols running back coach De'Rail Sims, however, could help give Tennessee an edge in this battle. Sims most recently coached at Cincinnati, so he has some Ohio recruiting connections he can utilize in Tennessee's pursuit of Jackson. In fact, Jackson told GoVols247 recently that he already has a solid relationship with Sims (Sims was recruiting Jackson when he was at Cincinnati).

The visit to Tennessee in April will give Jackson a chance to get to know the rest of Tennessee's coaching staff a little better.

Recruiting visits can change everything. The Buckeyes might be viewed as the favorites for Jackson, but Tennessee's more than capable of winning this recruiting battle.
