MLB HR props for Wednesday 9/13: You won't believe the price on Matt Olson to homer

Trea Turner cashed us out to the tune of +540 with a late-game home run on Tuesday night, and we're on the hunt for another juicy winner. Here are my three favorite HR props for Wednesday's MLB slate. 

Matt Olson (+380 DraftKings)

Let me get this straight. Matt Olson leads MLB with 51 home runs this season, leads the Atlanta Braves with a .502 batting average, a 1.825 OPS and five homers over the last week, and leads the team with 12 homers off left-handed pitching. Yet, Olson is +380 to go yard Wednesday night with lefty Cristopher Sanchez on the mound. The Philadelphia Phillies bullpen has also been prone to giving up the long ball lately, so this price makes no sense. Take the +380 and run.

Bo Bichette (+560 FanDuel)

Bo Bichette has gone hitless in his last 12 plate appearances, which dropped his batting average from .315 to .308, and that's creating a friendly price on his home run prop for Wednesday night. In 14 career at-bats against Texas Rangers starter Taylor Montgomery, Bichette is batting .429 with two homers and two doubles. This is a perfect opportunity for him to break out of his mini-slump.

Yordan Alvarez (+275 DK)

We took two bigger prices to start the day, so we can afford to ease back with more of a favorite here. Yordan Alvarez leads the Houston Astros with 26 home runs despite missing more than 40 games due to injury, and he's batting .429 over his last five games. In 12 career at-bats against Oakland Athletics starter Pete Blackburn, Alvarez has taken him deep three times. Let's make it four on Wednesday night.
