As Bobby Nightengale of the Cincinnati Enquirer wrote, MLB Network will additionally honor the slugger who spent the bulk of his playing days with the Seattle Mariners and Cincinnati Reds with programming that includes some of Griffey's most memorable games and the 1998 and '99 Home Run Derby competitions.
Nightengale added the episode is premiering on Father's Day to recognize when Ken Griffey Jr. and Ken Griffey Sr. became the first father-son teammates in MLB history.
