NBA player props: Best looks for Monday, Feb. 26

Is it Monday already? I swear I don't know what happens to the weekends sometimes but that is what happens when you get a puppy, right? If my picks are off it is because I am getting 2.2 hours of sleep a night. If they are spot on, that's all me, right?

Tonight we have just four games in the NBA to choose from. Yesterday had some great games but tonight is the calm before the storm. I like the way the intensity ratchets up after the All-Star break.

NBA Props for Monday, Feb. 26

Standard Stuff (+100 to +130)

Bam Adebayo More Assists than Malik Monk (+100)

For the season Adebayo is averaging more assists than Monk. Monk is more of a scorer and while he has had some big assist games this season I still see this as being mispriced. The Kings played last night too so they might be a little slower, even though they are at home this evening.

Andrew Nembhard Over 10.5 Points (+100)

Want to get the most out of Nembhard? Then back him when he is in the starting lineup and and he is playing at home. That is the case tonight and he might have a little extra juice playing against the Raptors. He scored 14 points on the "road" against them the last time they played too.

Bigger Payoffs (+150 and better)

Jaime Jaquez Jr. Over 5.5 Rebounds (+160) Alt Line

Jimmy Butler is not playing tonight. That makes a lot more production available for several Heat players and they have the Kings in a classic letdown spot after a big win over the Clippers last night. Jaquez's aggressive, yet fundamentally sound play will lead to a very solid stat line. Over 6.5 is worth a look too, that nets +300.

Gradey Dick 10+ Points (+165) Alt Line

Dick is coming off 18 points in a win at Atlanta. In February, he is averaging 20 mpg and scoring just over 10 ppg. With the pace quickened tonight against Indiana he should get plenty of opportunities, and even if it is a blowout either way, he will get his minutes. The situation is very favorable for him.
