A YouTuber known for impersonating Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson has allegedly been banned from Chase Center in San Francisco for "sneaking" into the building and making it onto the court ahead of Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Dawson Gurley, who has been recognized for impersonating the Warriors shooting guard since 2017, filmed his "journey" on Monday as he went through multiple security checkpoints at Chase Center and made it onto the court for shootaround before being caught.
As the video shows, even Gurley himself couldn't believe he was able to walk into the building so easily.

Gurley began tweeting a few hours before tipoff that he had been banned from Warriors home games and that the team refused to refund his tickets, which he says totaled upward of $10,000.

Gurley later tweeted he won't do interviews about what he did because he doesn't "want to make this a bigger deal" but that he has no regrets about what he did.
Im being contacted by a lot of news organizations to do interviews. As of now I will not be doing any. Don’t want to make this a bigger deal than it is, the chase center has every right to ban me. I get it. No hard feelings. Had fun doing it

Was it worth it to lose 10K on tickets and be banned for life? Absolutely. I was an NBA player for 10 minutes bro
