Watch and listen to this hit by Washington Redskins safety Ryan Clark on San Francisco 49ers Anquan Boldin… Colin Kaepernick fired a line drive pass to Boldin, as Clark lunged forward for the bang-bang hit. The helmets colliding made a thudding sound. It was a hit that would take down the strongest of men, just not Boldin. The 49ers receiver took the hit and was able to pick up extra yards for a 29-yard gain that eventually set up the 49ers go ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, Clark was unable to withstand his own blow. While Boldin kept going, Clark laid flat on his back. Team trainers had to attend to him before he was able to get up on his own power and walk off to the sidelines. Clark’s hit actually drew a penalty, as official flagged the safety for a “hit on a defenseless receiver,” adding an extra 15 yards to Boldin’s efforts. Clark would return to the field on the same drive only to fall victim of another collision. That was one drive that Clark wishes to forget. [Ben Celestino's V
