Dolphins' Tyreek Hill on Tua Tagovailoa: He's 'the most accurate quarterback in the NFL'

NFL wide receiver and new Miami Dolphin Tyreek Hill hasn't started working out at training camp, but he already has high praise for his new starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

Hill, who left the Kansas City Chiefs this offseason to play in Miami, told ESPN's "First Take" on Monday why he was so excited to start work with Tagovailoa, calling him "the most accurate quarterback in the NFL."

"I mean obviously, Tua, he's not your typical gunslinger," Hill said. "But if you were to just pay attention to his game, everything is spot on, everything is pinpoint. You know, [the] ball is on time. His fundamentals are on point ... Tua, he's a (expletive) heck of a competitor. He's a hell of a hard worker."

Now, CBS Sports has already pointed out that, as far as stats go, Tagovailoa isn't really the most accurate.

Tagovailoa did, however, rank first overall in short pass accuracy last season at 71.3 percent, according to Pro Football Focus. So while Hill's assessment isn't completely off base, his analysis is perhaps better saved for after they start playing together.

Veteran players for most NFL teams are reporting to their facilities by Tuesday.
