The Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to sign wide receiver Gabriel Davis. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport initially reported the news. The contract can't officially be signed before Wednesday, when the new league year begins.

According to The Athletic's Dianna Russini, Davis will sign a three-year, $13 million contract with the Jaguars. The deal can go up to $50 million with incentives. And that value is important, because it's a mid-level free agent signing. While it might be an impactful addition, it doesn't preclude the Jaguars from eventually making more moves.
Gabe Davis agreed with the Jaguars to a 3 year deal for $39 million with incentives that could get him to $50 million, per sources.

Gabe Davis spent the first four years of his NFL career with the Buffalo Bills, who drafted him in the fourth round in 2020. Over four seasons, he had 161 receptions, 2,730 yards, and 27 touchdowns in Buffalo in regular season games.
Davis also had seven playoff games, with 22 receptions, 474 yards, and six touchdowns.
Over the last couple of years, the Jaguars have been proactive trying to add piece around quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
The addition of Gabe Davis is another step in that direction, but might not be the last one this year. Even though the New England Patriots are also interested, the Jaguars are still trying to re-sign Calvin Ridley.
Moreover, the draft is still a possibility. During the NFL Combine, our Travis May learned that Jacksonville showed interest and are high on Xavier Worthy, the Texas wide receiver who broke the 40-yard dash record. According to May, the Jaguars "would like to leave the draft with him."
Besides Gabe Davis, the wide receivers on the Jacksonville Jaguars' roster are Christian Kirk, Zay Jones, Parker Washington, Elijah Cooks, and Seth Williams.
