Does Vegas expect Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers to rebound in 2017? Jeremy Brevard/USA TODAY Sports

NFL Vegas over/under win totals for 2017

The NFL team Vegas win over/unders were released after the NFL Draft concluded. The following win totals are from the South Point Casino as of April 30, 2017.

1 of 32

Arizona Cardinals: 7.5

The Cardinals are coming off a very disappointing season at 7-8-1, and Carson Palmer isn't getting any younger. The team leaned on running back David Johnson last season and will likely do the same in 2017.

Atlanta Falcons: 10

The defending NFC champs now have a target on their backs and lost offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan to the 49ers. The incredible talent on offense, led by Matt Ryan and Julio Jones, still remains intact.

3 of 32

Baltimore Ravens: 9.5

Baltimore Ravens: 9.5

Baltimore was on the outside looking in on the playoffs for the second straight year, finishing 8-8. Joe Flacco must play better, and the team had a critical loss in veteran wideout Steve Smith Sr., who retired following the season. Vegas still likes the Ravens to rebound, however.

Buffalo Bills: 6

Rex Ryan never quite fit in Buffalo, and it now falls on new head coach Sean McDermott to clean up the defensive issues. Losing cornerback Stephon Gilmore to the Patriots won't help.

Carolina Panthers: 9

Carolina Panthers: 9

Cam Newton was knocked around last year en route to a disappointing 6-10 season. Among the team's offseason additions was first-round running back Christian McCaffrey, who should add a great weapon for Newton.

Chicago Bears: 5

Chicago Bears: 5

The Bears are attempting to rebound from an injury-plagued season. The big news of their offseason was the free agent addition of Mike Glennon, piggybacked with first-round pick Mitchell Trubisky. Despite those additions, most Bears fans seem far from confident in the team's quarterback future.

Cincinnati Bengals 8.5

The Bengals had a very disappointing 6-9-1 season in 2016, with major injuries on offense. They've lost significant talent on the offensive line during the offseason but are hopeful that top draft picks John Ross and Joe Mixon can cure the team's recent offensive ails. A.J. Green will also be returning healthy.

Cleveland Browns: 4

The bar seems low for the Browns, but four wins would be a significant increase for a team that barely won one game last season. Cleveland added significant talent in the draft, including a trio of first-round picks in Myles Garrett, Jabrill Peppers and David Njoku.

9 of 32

Dallas Cowboys: 9.5

Dallas Cowboys: 9.5
Tim Heitman / USA Today Sports Images

Dallas had a disappointing end to a Cinderella season in 2016, winning 13 games during the regular season before losing to the Packers in the divisional round. There's still plenty of reason for optimism with Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott entering their second seasons, but the defense has taken a hit, particularly in the secondary.

10 of 32

Denver Broncos: 8.5

Denver Broncos: 8.5

The Broncos will start the Vance Joseph era with reasonable expectations after going 9-7 last season. Denver collapsed late in the year, due in large part to lack of depth at running back. The team tried to address that issue by signing former Chiefs star Jamaal Charles, but it remains to be seen what he has left.

11 of 32

Detroit Lions: 8

Detroit Lions: 8
Kriby Lee / USA Today Sports Images

Detroit managed a wild card berth at 9-7 last season but faced little chance in the playoffs with Matthew Stafford fighting through a finger injury. The team lost its last four games, including the playoff loss.

12 of 32

Green Bay Packers: 10

Green Bay Packers: 10

Green Bay has been a perennial leader in recent seasons with Aaron Rodgers guiding the offense. The Packers also made some solid, under-the-radar offensive additions by adding tight ends Martellus Bennett and Lance Kendricks. The defensive issues were also addressed in the draft.

13 of 32

Houston Texans: 8.5

Troy Taormina / USA Today Sports Images

Houston has had problems at quarterback since Matt Schaub's decline but still won nine games last season in spite of Brock Osweiler's awful play. The Texans hope they fixed the issues for good by drafting Deshaun Watson, though Tom Savage could begin the season as the starter.

14 of 32

Indianapolis Colts: 9

Indianapolis Colts: 9

The Colts got great value when Malik Hooker fell to them in the first round of the draft, and they also addressed desperate needs at cornerback, offensive tackle and running back. It's a good start for new GM Chris Ballard as he tries to surround Andrew Luck with more talent.

15 of 32

Jacksonville Jaguars: 5.5

Jacksonville Jaguars: 5.5
Reinhold Matay / USA Today Sports Images

Tom Coughlin, now Jacksonville's executive VP of football operations, had his imprint on the Jags with the additions of running back Leonard Fournette and offensive tackle Cam Robinson in the first two rounds of the draft, adding to some huge defensive signings like Calais Campbell and A.J. Bouye as well. This projection would be a big improvement over the team's three wins from last season, but there's still reason to be skeptical of quarterback Blake Bortles.

16 of 32

Kansas City Chiefs: 9

Kansas City Chiefs: 9

Head coach Andy Reid has won at least nine games in each of his four seasons in Kansas City, including his first AFC West title last season. The team returns nearly the entire roster from 2016, along with a healthy Justin Houston, so it seems Vegas is a bit pessimistic.

17 of 32

Los Angeles Chargers: 7.5

Los Angeles Chargers: 7.5

The Chargers move north to L.A. with new head coach Anthony Lynn and a nonexistent fan base. They won only five games last season with a bevy of injuries, but there's reason to think the Chargers can compete with Philip Rivers still playing at a high level.

18 of 32

Los Angeles Rams: 5.5

Los Angeles Rams: 5.5
Kirby Lee / USA Today Sports Images

New head coach Sean McVay starts his career with an extremely young offense and the job of developing Jared Goff and Todd Gurley. The team added new wideouts, but the offensive line remains a huge question mark. The defense should get a boost with new coordinator Wade Phillips.

Miami Dolphins: 7.5

Miami Dolphins: 7.5

Adam Gase did a masterful job winning 10 games in his first season in Miami, turning running back Jay Ajayi into a star in the process. Now the defense must make progress despite losing coordinator Vance Joseph to the Broncos.

20 of 32

Minnesota Vikings: 8.5

Minnesota Vikings: 8.5
Bruce Kluckhohn / USA Today Sports Images

Minnesota still has one of the top defenses in the league and hopes the running back duo of Latavius Murray and Dalvin Cook can provide some of the punch the team lost when Adrian Peterson was injured last season. The West Coast offense was efficient last season with Sam Bradford at quarterback.

21 of 32

New England Patriots: 11

The Super Bowl champs only look better on paper going into the year after adding Brandin Cooks, Stephon Gilmore, Rex Burkhead and Mike Gillislee, among others. Ultimately, their success will come down to whether Tom Brady can continue to play at such a high level at age 40, which would be unprecedented.

22 of 32

New Orleans Saints: 8.5

New Orleans Saints: 8.5
Derick E. Hingle / USA Today Sports Images

Vegas is bullish on the Saints after winning only seven games last season, with an influx of defensive talent from the draft and what looks like a more balance offense on paper after adding Adrian Peterson and Alvin Kamara. They have their work cut out for them in a difficult NFC South division, but Drew Brees continues to play at a high level.

23 of 32

New York Giants: 9

New York Giants: 9
Brad Penner / USA Today Sports Images

New York's defense was one of the most improved in the league last season with big offseason additions, but the offense floundered. The issues have been addressed by adding Brandon Marshall and Evan Engram, but there's no clear-cut lead running back as of now.

24 of 32

New York Jets: 5.5

New York Jets: 5.5

The Jets got old fast last season and are clearly heading into a rebuilding year. Josh McCown was added to start the season, but he could give way to Bryce Petty or Christian Hackenberg later in the season.

25 of 32

Oakland Raiders: 9.5

Oakland Raiders: 9.5
Cary Edmondson / USA Today Sports Images

Oakland had a big jump last season that ended on a sour note with Derek Carr's season-ending injury. The defense still struggled and hopes the first-round risk of cornerback Gareon Conley was a smart one.

26 of 32

Philadelphia Eagles: 8.5

Philadelphia Eagles: 8.5
Bill Streicher / USA Today Sports Images

Quarterback Carson Wentz showed flashes last season in his rookie campaign, as did defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's unit. The Eagles need both to make progress after winning only seven games last season and hope Wentz can make a jump after signing Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith.

27 of 32

Pittsburgh Steelers: 10.5

Pittsburgh Steelers: 10.5
Tommy Gilligan / USA Today Sports Images

Ben Roethlisberger is approaching the end of his career but has plenty of tools to work with as Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown enter the year ready. Speed threat Martavis Bryant has been reinstated from a yearlong suspension, and the defense hopes first-round pick T.J. Watt can show some semblance of his older brother, Texans star J.J. Watt.

28 of 32

San Francisco 49ers: 4.5

San Francisco 49ers: 4.5

New head coach Kyle Shanahan really has his work cut out for him with this roster, though the offseason turnover has been drastic. Brian Hoyer will be the new quarterback, while the defense added impact draftees Solomon Thomas, Reuben Foster and Ahkello Witherspoon.

29 of 32

Seattle Seahawks: 10.5

Seattle Seahawks: 10.5
Troy Wayrynen / USA Today Sports Images

Seattle hopes to rebound from an injury-prone and disappointing season, even though the Seahawks still claimed the NFC West in a "down" year. Russell Wilson has some help with the signing of Eddie Lacy, while Michael Bennett and Richard Sherman enter the year healthy on defense.

30 of 32

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 8

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 8

Jameis Winston made nice progress last season, and the Bucs have provided him more help this offseason. The team signed DeSean Jackson and drafted tight end O.J. Howard, but questions at running back still remain.

31 of 32

Tennessee Titans: 9.5

Tennessee Titans: 9.5

Tennessee's playoff hopes all but ended when Marcus Mariota fractured his leg late last season, but fans still had to be encouraged by the team's nine wins. Vegas expects even better this season after the Titans added first-round wideout Corey Davis and first-round cornerback Adoree' Jackson.

32 of 32

Washington Redskins: 7.5

Washington Redskins: 7.5
Kirby Lee / USA Today Sports Images

It's been a rough offseason for Washington, losing starting wideouts DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon, along with offensive coordinator Sean McVay. Kirk Cousins has also been disgruntled with his contract situation. The team did get great value in the draft with Jonathan Allen at No. 17 overall, but Vegas still expects a slight regression.
