With Monday Night Football just a few hours away, the LA Rams will suddenly be without star cornerback Jalen Ramsey and tight end Tyler Higbee after the two each tested positive for COVID-19.

The Rams now have five players on the COVID-19 list with the addition of Ramsey and Higbee. Running back Darrell Henderson, right tackle Rob Havenstein, and cornerback Donte' Deayon were added over the weekend.
Monday's matchup was already going to be tough for the Rams (8-4) as they visit the Cardinals (10-2) in Arizona after dropping three of their last four games. Even with a very convincing 37-7 win over the Jaguars in Week 13, L.A. will now face a dominant Kyler Murray-led offense without their best defender, who has logged three interceptions and 11 passes defended this season.
The matchup also has heavy playoff implications for these division rivals. Arizona can clinch a playoff berth with a victory on Monday night, while LA can pull closer to the Cards in the standings if they get into the win column.
The Cardinals won the previous matchup in Week 4 30-27. Ramsey has five combined tackles in that game and helped limit star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins to four receptions for 67 yards and no touchdowns.
