Amukamara signed a one-year deal with Las Vegas in May after spending three seasons with the Chicago Bears. In a cap-clearing move, the Bears released Amukamara in February.
The Raiders initially brought in Amukamara with hopes that he could teach young cornerbacks Trayvon Mullen and Damon Arnette.
Amukamara will head back to free agency, in search of playing for the fifth team of his career. He's also played for the New York Giants and Jacksonville Jaguars.
