NASHVILLE -- Five Tennessee Titans (3-7) players have been ruled inactive ahead of Sunday's Week 12 matchup with the Carolina Panthers (1-9).
WR Treylon Burks and RT Chris Hubbard were ruled out by Titans head coach Mike Vrabel earlier in the week. Hubbard is expected to be out for the season and rookie Jaelyn Duncan will be getting the start on the offensive line in his absence.

Linebacker Luke Gifford and safety Terrell Edmunds were both listed as questionable before Sunday's game. Gifford is in the building and expected to play, but Edmunds is out with a shoulder injury.
For the second straight week, Malik Willis is inactive and will serve as Tennessee's emergency quarterback option. Ryan Tannehill is healthy and is the backup for Will Levis on Sunday.
Defensive lineman Ross Blacklock and linebacker Joe Jones are this week's standard elevations from the practice squad. They will both play this week.
