'It's A Privilege' - Bettinelli On Contract Renewal

Bettinelli reinforced how lucky he is to both be at the club and extend his time there, something he has felt since he joined the club.

'It is a privilege to be at a club like Chelsea, one of the biggest clubs in the world, and a couple of years ago when I signed I was delighted to be here, delighted to sign.

He also mentioned how enjoyable it has been to be at the club during this period of transition and change and that he can't wait to see what becomes of that in the future. 

To be here now and see the club going through this transition and seeing what we are developing, it is amazing to be a part of and I am buzzing to be here for an extra couple of years.

It is unlikely that Bettinelli will see significant playing time at Chelsea but a player with his attitude is always welcome in the dressing room and at the training ground.
