Marcus Bettinelli has signed a new deal with Chelsea to 2026.

Bettinelli made the switch from Craven Cottage to Stamford bridge in 2021 after previously spending 10 years amongst Fulham's ranks.

He hasn't been handed a single minute under current boss Graham Potter but has been a regular on the bench in the Premier League and Champions League, providing back-up to Kepa Arrizabalaga in the absence of Edouard Mendy.

Speaking after signing his new deal, Bettinelli told the club website: "It is a privilege to be at a club like Chelsea, one of the biggest clubs in the world, and a couple of years ago when I signed I was delighted to be here, delighted to sign. League giants

"To be here now and see the club going through this transition and seeing what we are developing, it is amazing to be a part of and I am buzzing to be here for an extra couple of years."
